Chic brand-new hotel with competent and attentive staff. Stunning and lovely location for my purposes. It also was near a river and a park. Magnificent restaurant for both lunch and dinner.

The room is well furnished with a comfy bed and pillows. The location is perfect and magnificent, a 5-minute walk from a bus station.

The venue is newly remodelled and comfortable with super-friendly staff. The food is delicious and incredible. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to the airport.

Nothing to dislike.

It is a recently renovated and beautifully designed hotel with magnificent view of the mountains. The staff is very very helpful, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. Offers nice riverside location in a quiet area. Allora, where you can eat, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here.

The location of Rufi's Hotel was perfect for our stay. We were able to easily reach the city center either by a short bus ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and having coffee and tea making facilities was a nice touch. We were particularly delighted with our room's patio, where we enjoyed the warm weather and relaxed.

I do wish there were a few more warm breakfast options like bacon or sausages.

The units are decent size with a patio.

loved our stay. everything was perfect, including excellent staff and amazing location by the river. we were moved to a double room with gorgeous view of the mountain. location: the hotel was not far from austria, historic innsbruck and the center.

The place is chic and fairly clean, everything is really good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Thanks to all competent and active staff. The location is perfect and excellent and they have parking on-site. The terrific restaurant for both lunch and dinner is a nice plus.

Reasonably priced food and welcome drinks. A decent size unit with gorgeous view of the mountain.

When I am in Innsbruck, I like staying here. Fairly clean and stylish place, has amazing views of the mountains. The staff are attentive and respectful. It boasts PERFECT central location and good sized and nice styled room. The restaurant is magnificent, serves hot dishes.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean atmosphere of Rufi's Hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom/shower were excellent. The reception staff were exceptional and provided top-notch service. We also appreciated the free airport transfer, which was very helpful. Additionally, the hotel's bar and restaurant were fantastic, offering delicious food at reasonable prices. We even received tokens for a free drink upon arrival, a nice touch. we had a superb experience at Rufi's Hotel Innsbruck.

While our stay at Rufi's Hotel was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the restaurant menu was somewhat limited if you didn't want pizza.

It was clean, everyone was very very helpful. Very good service, although a few employees were not very friendly. The location was nice riverside in a pretty quiet area, near to the city center, the restaurant and the next coffee shop. Everything was simply really good.
